The late punk Blackstone told me that the reefers were indeed used for LCL service . They were usually trained behind the locomotive so they could be spotted right in front of the store or warehouse . All kinds of general store sundries were in the reefers . Chama , The Gomez Store in Gato and the general store in Tiffany were regular stops ,as well as Monero , Ignacio , Allison and Dulce .
