That would be Travis AFB located next to the twin communities of Fairfied and Suisun City. This is located about halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento. And only a few miles from The Western Railway Museum on the old Sacramento Northern ROW operated by the Bay Area Electric Railroad Association.
