Point taken, and it's clear that the problem is generating the funds to cover such an operation, in a way that makes everyone happy. We're talking basic economics, which makes sense

Well...we do have the right to take photos for free from public access areas. There shouldn't be a mechanism in place to prevent that. The issue isn't moral at all - it again boils down to economics. Why pay for what you can get for free? I've garnered from this thread that THAT is the challenge the C&T faces when considering special charters and events...and thus my initial question was satisfied. Intitially, I thought it was something different, but now I understand.
