I'm relaying the info off copies of the original order placed with ALCo. The VRR supplied this info during my hands on session earlier this year when I got to run the former No 101 (now No 40) for an hour or so. It clearly lists the Oregon Lumber Co as the firm placing the order and in the paperwork lists that PA&P is to be labelled on the loco and tender.
