I had heard that the PA&P was a start-up operation that never got going. According to internet info, the PA&P interests were transferred to United but by them, No. 101 had been sold. I recall that the other two from this order had been cancelled during build and thus sold by ALCo to different customers. Can't remember where I read that or I'd link to it.
