Yes, it sure is. The park is on the north side of town right next to the highway. There is a local group hoping to restore the #18 to service. They have acquired the frame of a kit building to move the engine into when it is moved for a road widening project. They have rail and a relocated box car body (now up on trucks from Portland Oregon) stored behind the outdoor display compound at Eastern California Museum.

I think you're thinking of the standard gauge station for Lone Pine. On the north side of Lone Pine is "Lone Pine Narrow Gauge Road" (Yes, that's the name) take this road to go by the depot and onto the site of Owenyo.
