I think you are partly right on tank car 100, but maybe more to the story. SVRy installed a std. ga. tank car tank at the engine house and a steam boiler for keeping the fuel oil hot. Likey the 100 was spotted inside while fuel oil was being transferred to the main storage tank. I am not sure what fuel was used for the boiler. I can look up the AFE when I get a chance to see if there is further info. We are probably looking at a difference of 20 years+- back to the photo posted of the fire.
