I'm not following you Rich. Saturated steam at 200 lbs. is
about 388 degrees F. Add 250 or so degrees of Superheat
to that and you increase volume, ie., more bang for your buck.
If you are saying that Superheat at 200 lbs. is a waste, I
believe that you are mistaken. Superheat was likely one of
the biggest advances to steam propulsion and it was just as
important at 200 lbs. as it was at 300 lbs.
