The CSRM library has had ORER copies (bound in quarter years) on the open shelves for years. These have suffered from use, and I believe that they have some of these in space other than the reading room.
A few years ago, they got a nice bound set of ORER that is in a locked, glass-fronted bookcase in the reading room. This set is from the early part of the last century. I'm not sure what years these are exactly.
The SCRM library got a grant the other year and has a substantial index at its website.
