As info, the RGRPC has discussed creating some shorter trip options. Nothing was done this year because there was too much else to do, and not enough lead time for marketing. Earl's point is a good one about cannibalizing your own traffic....it is likely that shorter trips will cost almost as much as long ones. But even at the high price there may be a demand. We are also looking at other options such as first class service (likely later this year) and extending the season (less likely for awhile).
