For my "dos centavos".
If "uncle pete" might agree to donating the 70# to 90# rail to the C&TS they might be induced to use one of their standard gauge diesels, derrick, and some flatcars to load the rail on, to be hauled to Antonito as it is pulled up. It could be tranferred there to the C&TS narrow gauge open end gon pipe cars (with idler flats if necessary) with the ng derrick car or a crane, to be stored at Chama, Antonito, or places in between until needed.
