Fire car ideas

I think the C&TS should station a water bomber helicopter up near Sublette. Ok...so we can't do that. Outfitting a couple flatcars with used tanks (possibly out of a scrapped firetruck somewhere) and small gasoline pumps shouldn't be extremely costly. They can be stationed at the more "brushy" sidings along the ROW, and kept decently full. These cars should also carry some hose, shovels, brooms, and rakes for an initial attack, with chain saws and backpacks arriving by speeder. Of course, we hope nothing happens to require these precautions, but even one flatcar outfitted can help if the need arises.
