Jerry Day sent me this info on the bridge between Antonito and Romeo:
July 25, 1916 Authorities for Expenditure:
Between Romeo and Antonito: Removal of 125 ft iron span, and erection of 110 ft steel span to be removed from bridge 205-B, First Division at Bridge 278-D Fourth Division. The present span is too light, and is needed on Silverton narrow gauge line. The 110 ft span is to be released from Bridge 205-B on account of the 2-10-2 engines. Total cost $4.638,00; chargeable to Expenses $3,962.00; chargeable to Road & Equipment; $676,00.
