Where would the helper, 481, have turned once they got to Gato, was there a wye at Gato? I suppose it would depend on the make-up of Extra 483's consist, but would the 481 have pushed from the rear or pulled from the front, then run light to Durango after mp 443 either following or preceding 483? 481 having rights makes me think she'd be pulling. "To: C&E Eng 481" would be conductor and engineer, right?

Just as with Jimmy's posts, it takes a little while for me to 'decode' these. Fun stuff, thanks for posting William...
