19 may need some work on the diesel engines. Our 15 at the loop does quite well at our altitude(9100'). Perhaps the exciter resistors need to be reset. I did this several years ago for John Bush. There is a spare traction motor down there somewhere. 19 had a motor flash over and Bush bought 4 from a 44 tonner that had been scrapped. He had them meggered and put the best one in the #3 position. The Loop bought 2 of them for spares for 15. The 4th motor should still be there. Would recommend getting it overhauled, before ever being used. John
