I don't believe the tank in question was at either of those locations. Lockhart Siding was located where Nils' old place is, although the Lockhart School is closer to Salisbury and is probably closer to the mystery location. Thompson was where the late Kenny Miles Ranch is located, and the old S.V. section house is still there. It was moved back somewhat when the old grade was converted to a highway. This location is closer to Boulder Gorge, and a tank there would likely be redundent.
