The Nevada County Narrow Gauge had several gallows turntables, the most notable were Grass Valley and Nevada City. They also utilized an early turntable at Colfax which was purchased from the Central Pacific and regauged in place.

Additionally the North Pacific Coast operated them as seen
here at Cazadero (1905).
The San Joaquin & Sierra Nevada Railroad had one in the yard
at Valley Springs, Ca.
I believe the South Pacific Coast had one in late years up on the Boulder Creek Branch (among others). The Bodie and Benton had one at Mono Mills as well.
