I am reaching out to the members of the forum in the hope that someone may have an answer to my dilemma.
I was notified just yesterday, that my home property insurance will be terminated due to the presence of my "model" railroad. My railroad is a 15" gauge Live Steam consisting of about 1/2 mile of laid track. My Insurer of 20 years just decided that the railroad is an "increased risk" and will not insure the property/house with the RR in place. (similar to trampolines).
I reside in California, which has its own insurance commission, so the solution must satisfy California's rules.
Thank you Mike Davis (Doc)
