You reference the artical I was refering too.

My thought was, has any body ever talked and documented what Mr. Lincoln knows or remembers about the bridges. For that matter, any other structures that he has first hand knowedge of. If this has already been done, what was the result.

Again, I only ask, because from where I sit, I have always heard a lot of different stories and accounts of the history and rules. Mr. Lincoln could, perhaps, set all this straight. It might also help in going forward with the Lobato situation.
