Supporting the railroad alone is more then enough reason to attend. The Durango Roundhouse burned in 1989 with all the locomotives inside. They rebuilt, and while some were doubtful that they would ever run again, they did, and all of those locomotives (with the exception of 476 and 497 for unrelated reasons) still operate today

Support the history the C&TS has to offer, go anyway and have fun!
