I believe that the NS has a business train set for behind the F units they have. There are several museums where servicable cars are available.
I know that the old Southern excursion car pool included several non-SOU owned cars including one owned by Atlanta Rail Car.
I suspect that the problems with the operable opportunities from the C&C (Chattanooga & Chickamagua if I remember correctly) dimming, the TVRM has a trainset of coaches available.
Since TVRM also has shops available, I suspect NS is providing the tracks and crews and servicing while TVRM will be offering locomotives and trainset in operating condition. NS will not need to supply any major maintenance shops. Just RIP items.
