Any Safety Violation that get you hurt is not minor. There is no such thing as a minor violation. The C&TS cannot afford a PI. That is just the attitude in careless employees that get them hurt and your speaking of them in this manner does not help the C&TS and can cause injury. You never worked on a railroad and that is very clear. If you look at the present plan, the only back up is deadhead trains between Dalton to Cresco and light engine movement Cresco to Cumbres and return. No harm in that as they have all night to make the move.
