I'm assuming your not staying at Roger's place. Roger and Barb's Hotel is the Railroad Hotel and Shops. The old Shamrock hotel. It has been completely renovated. It's clean, comfortable, and best of all it's very reasonable. Has free internet, as well as a well stocked store and right across the street from the yard. Barb Hogan is a great lady and goes out of her way to accomodate railfans/foamers. Google the Railroad Hotel and Shops in Chama for info. Even Roger can be personable. Everyone asks Roger for advice, we all should support him by staying at his hotel. It beats paying $80+ a night at the Branding Iron.
