Actually, I haven't had a chance to go into much detail yet with Craig - just answered some specific questions.
As Steve and Roger allude to in their comments, there are a lot of ways you can do a Chama chase, with variables including personal preference, lens focal lengths available, number of people with you (remember, the more people you have with you, the more time everything takes) speed and familiarity with equipment and time desired to set up. Your own motivations will dictate whether you want to get as much as possible, or if you have a couple of specific views in mind which may take up more time.
Craig, if I were you at this point, I'd absolutely jump at Roger's offer and stop by his place ahead of time so that you can discuss what you want face to face and better understand some of the tradeoffs involved. I doubt you could find anyone who's explored all of the chase variables the way Roger has. But, of course, continue to feel free to contact me back channel if there are specific questions.
Above all, have a great trip!
Scott
