168 Restoration timetable and funding

I was just wondering what the timeline is for completion on 168. Is it still 2019??? Also how is the funding coming along? Does work on the coaches take time away from the locomotive? Is the idea to roll-out the coaches and engine at the same time, or just the engine ASAP?
