Dear Dave,
"Acording to my GPS" Did that mean you hiked to the wye and took a reading? What was the wye like for construction? Could you find any ties with a indication of the imbeded tie for the size of the base of rail? Was rail 30# or larger? Could you find any piece of rail? I'm still not sure what m/w equipment the D&RG might have had that might need to be turned requiring a light weight/sharp wye that engines could not use. PRR
