Your right Fritz, it did not go "way past" but it ended 361 feet beyond the switch of the SG&N Engine House switch off the D&RG. I wrote that before I found the lesser scale map that reached the end of the line. It is all off the side of Cement Creek. It ended 95 feet north of the engine house north end. That engine house scales 30 x 85' on the map.

Just as reference, Mile Post 496 is 2303+07 so this valuation section begins at Mile post 452.38 north of Durango station.
Mile Post 452 at 8th St.Durango is 3647+79 of the eastward valuation section which began at the NM/CO state line.
