Dick Dorman told me that he has Lively's photos and the rights to them. I understand that C.R. died only in the last few years not in 1995.
As far as Cumbres is concerned, I was amazed that the rest of the buildings collapsed a couple of years ago. They were standing in poor shape, but standing in '90 when I first did work on the snow shed. I don't think the Friends doccumented anything. We were concerned only with the car inspector's house (an inspector only lived there until about the time of the Depression or even earlier) the snow shed and the section house.
I may have some poor pictures of the store, gas station and motel or whatever they were. We need some better ones. I seem to remember something called "In the Trees". Was that in the Dispatch or the Preservation Study?
