IMHO, any light fixtures installed in Chama must be IDA-approved:
International Dark Sky Association
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any IDA-approved fixtures that have the "appropriate appearance" that Greg and others are looking for. I think that being IDA-approved is more important than having an "appropriate appearance" during the daytime.
