In short, when read in context of the rest of the play, the line doesn't mean what you think it means.
Furthermore, a few NGDF posters happen to be attorneys. (I am not one of them.) One attorney/occassional NGDF poster happens to be responsible for the beautiful restoration of a key piece of NG history. IMHO, it is pretty damn offensive to be suggesting that he be killed because he happens to do a job you don't like.
