Funny - a group of people from Antonito inquired about this at the Commission meeting last Saturday, and it' kind of been on my mind for selfish reasons.
The Alamosa Chamber of Commerce planned three Antonito - Osier Moonlight Trains last year, but despite a good effort on publicity had to cancel all of them due to low uptake on tickets. The only other one I've ever heard of was planned by the Friends years ago, and I don't recall if it actually ran or not.
Night runs occasionally happen - I recall Earl telling the story of leaving Chama at 2:45am to ferry a rescue engine to power the Antonito train. (I have a copy of those orders somewhere.) But no public trips that I'm aware of.
This year's Moonlight Trains are an experiment that may or may not be repeated next year, depending on how successful they are. If we do run them next year, a trip starting out from Antonito is a possibility, but the costs are higher (ferrying an engine and cars over and back, for example) and there's a history of failed efforts.
We'll have to see. Sure would be nice to ride through Phantom Curve after dark, though. (That's the selfish part
