That's clearly a post 2002 cinder catcher and a digital color photo, so what's the problem with a cell tower and a steel utility pole?
While I understand the reasoning of wanting to have an "older" looking photograph, take a minute to consider that the year is actually 2008, and that this locomotive is not only still working for a living, but still making history to yet another generation.
I don't intend to argue the point further, but think about it for a minute.
What will your grandchildren see in their pictures in another 40 years? 40 years ago, people bitched about the fake stack that engine wore by that very spot every day during the season. And I haven't even mentioned the "Aspen Gold" paint on the coach and the lettering on the tender. Or the weight of the rail.
