Philip, do you have any pictures of the MKT in Houston? Esp in the Heights area? I've been trying to put together a collection of Houston area Katy pictures to display on my website.

I'd be happy to send you pictures of Eureka yard today. It's still there, but it's merely a shadow of what it once was.

I was in the Marine Corps when UP tore up the line from Eureka to Katy, TX. While home on leave I found out and could not believe it! It's not often that active and busy lines are torn up like that. Today I-10 has been expanded over the ROW and if you don't know what you're looking for you'd have no idea the Katy had ever been there.

Sad.
