This is wonderful news. I thoroughly enjoyed riding the old boxcar coaches but at the same time lamented the passing of the classic old 3000 class boxcars. To hear that the Friends are returning one to original (1924 rebuild) condition gladdens the heart. I would like to see all unneeded boxcar coaches converted back.
