I saw an Andy Payne picture of him on a locomotive at a derailment on the Chama-Durango district. He was firing for Frank Howe when the train came across a herd of sheep on the track. Frank decided to put the train into emergency rather than plowing through the sheep. This caused negative results. No good dead goes unpunished.
