Sounds great! I'll borrow my neighbor's esresso machine next time, if you can find some fittings to attach it to the trycock or the waterglass blowdown. It's fairly small, and would probably sit on the oilcan tray just fine. That might be just the little touch of class that we need to get Stacy to come back ...
Where do you get the soft water? Does the aquaduct from Hetch-Hetchy run that far south, or is there a good well on the property?
The tap water here in Ventura is awful; I try not to drink much of it, and don't even use it for my car's windshield washer 'cause it clogs the pump worse than soot clogs flues! No way would you want to put it in a locomotive boiler.
