Priming is the one thing I've heard over all that needs to be done. I'll have to check the market and see whats available, but what needs priming will get it.
As soon as I find the wood samples I'll label them and store them away. They are actually from when the locomotive clipped the caboose ever so slightly and knocked a few small pieces of wood off. I picked them up later and have them in a box. When those few boards of siding were replaced, they didn't match the rest of the siding perfect. I wanna leave them on because it's now a part of the cabooses history, what do you think?
