Thanks guys that is it in a nut shell. Of course they could look it up from the small spelled out lettering on the side of the tender but when you get your pictures back from Walgreens it is easier to see the flying Cumbres & Toltec. Lets face it neither Cumbres or Toltec roll off the average american tongue with ease. Obviously the Chama & Antonito Railroad would have been a better name from a tourist recognition standpoint. Cumbres & Toltec has 37 years of history and I'm certainly not suggesting that it be changed. At this point any change to a name that includes Rio Grande only confuses the issue further and dilutes the marketing efforts being made.
