I would not even speculate what Stuhr will do. The article says they've hired themselves an "expert".
The last expert they hired charged $30k to do a boiler analysis on WP&Y 69.
They have a nice collection of freight cars, some of which have been converted to haul passengers. The article says they want to be rid of equipment dated later than 1900. That would indicate all narrow gauge freight cars must go. That could also indicate that WP&Y #69 must go.
