What the heck is COlorado know for tourist wise, it ain't railroading, it's skiing. You're saying that people aren't going to go into the mountain and ride that train cause it's cold and snowy. Well I'd say you should tell Vail and Keystone that, cause they might want to know that information before they open their doors. Even if they only run on the weekends or on special occasions during the winter I could probably put money on it that it will be sold out. Georgetown is on an interstate just a short jog west of Denver. Seriously, as far as reasons to bash CHS, this could be the dumbest one. If they can get motive power to run these runs reliably (and I do admit that is a big IF) it could quite possibly be the only smart idea that CHS has had in this whole debacle. I highly doubt that they are planning to attempt to run a full schedule yearround, they have just said that they would POSSIBLY run some winter runs or stay open a little later in the year.
