Thanks, I have read it a couple of times and I also sent a link to Georgetown

If I had to choose no question I would believe Mark

My guess is all parties would be sued

I have no idea what they are doing to try and get some changes in the works. I have not asked and have no intention of asking.

I haven't read the contract. They may be 100% as far as performance is concerned if the contract reads the equipment and equipment problems are that of the owner not the contractor. The fact is even if I had read it I wouldn't try to do anything about it until I had my attorney read it and advise me.

I will repeat: I have no idea what they are doing to try and get some changes in the works. I have not asked and have no intention of asking.

I will say that if I was working on getting some changes I would make sure I had things in place before I started a war in the press. Letters and articles before your ready and are pretty sure about what is happening is NOT in my opinion very smart. To go off half cocked because your angry is the fastest way to go backwards.
