It's an apples and oranges kind of question. Both operations take extremely good care of their engines! One is a private operation with extremely good financing and the other receives funding from the respective states but both have very competent people working for them and both have a plan for continuation and preservation of their equipment. To say one takes better care of their locomotives is unfair to both. If there
