Hello,
I found tonight that "steamlocomotive.info has some information on the locomotive. It did work for the IRCA in Guatemala and is supposidly former IRCA #116. HOwever, the same web site states that IRCA #116 and #119 are still in Guatemala. However, the web site does not have all of the statistics on the locomotive, including a reported 24,730 tractive effort. Other statistics suchs and overall dimentions are and of course how many cas it can handle on the Loop are not listed.
