I do not know what SLRG's lease with the UP says, but I am very familiar with a commuter railroad's lease with CSX, and the difference is about $200 million worth of liability poilicy! Typically most tourist railroads run with about $5-10 million of liability insurrance, but the deep pockets Class 1 will no longer take that kind of risk.
