Ed, what is a "way wire?" Is this a wire reserved for company business, as opposed to the wire used to send customer messages?
And do you know what was involved in "cleaning up" 3 & 9 for telegraphone service?
Finally - where were the WU battery plants, etc., physically located in Durango?
