During the Fall of 99 and Employee of the D&S told me that they were going to apply for a grant for restoration of the needleton tank. I didn't get to the needleton tank last year to see if this had come to pass. About 4 or 5 years ago they restored the tank at Hermosa but they still don't use it to store water.
