Steve, do you have a post topic that I can add my 99 cents to and slip in the fact that you don't need something, while inputting that I need etc.... and see if I can either change the direction of your topic or just mess up whatever you are trying to accomplish,, how about; no matter what you want to do, I think you need to... and you should do it this way.... See how mad that might make you. Think about. I didn't hear your apologize for any of that did I?
Sorry to everyone else for using the forum to even try to straighten this out, and thanks for all your suggestions. Ulrich destroyed his K-27 drawings years ago by leaving them out in the sunlight in his office. I know where they came from, and that source is not an option any longer.
Steve, here is the help you want on your locomotives. They are so easy that I am not going to give you the answer or you would not use the info anyway. "Something thats free is worthless to some people" qoute by "me" today. The locomotives you have suggested that you want drawing for, on my topic, that you will not use anyway, were built by no less than 3 different companies and if you will spend a few minutes looking for them you will find them. I would start at the Davenport public library and look for the Davenport version of your locomotive. But, if you don't use drawings, why do you even slightly care about finding them? The army also has copies of those drawings in the national archives I believe. And I bet there are other sources. Contact Andy Clerici? As he built one of those locos in the 1990’s for 3.75” scale and 7.5” gauge. I consider those drawings very simple to get and if you really wanted to find them you would have. I have searched for my drawings for 25 years now, see the differences? Probably not.
