Why don’t you try contacting the Durango & Silverton to see what they have on the K-28s? After all they own the surviving three and operate two of them. For the K-27 you could try and contact the Huckleberry Railroad who just recently restored the 464. Their former CMO Marty Knox posts on here from time to time and he might know some stuff. Unfortunately I think that the Baldwin K-27 drawing will be almost impossible to find because of their age. I am a member of the Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum in Alna Maine. We are currently trying to track down drawings for the original railroad's #7. It was a 2-4-4rt that was built by Baldwin in 1907. There is not much to find as Baldwin destroyed the drawings as the years went on and they were no longer needed. Even more were destroyed at the end of Baldwin’s life. I wish you luck on your search but I personally would go to where the real locomotives are or find someone who can go there.
