You may find that the small lettering (elevation, distance to Denver, etc) may be a bit tiny for the vinyl lettering. I don't know how small the cutters can cut, but Del had told me once that the smallest he can produce is around 3/16" tall. From what I understand, the problem isn't so much the cutting of the letters themselves, but the manual "weeding" that has to be done afterwards. Might be worth a call just to make sure. I'm thinking of having vinyl station signs produced this summer as well for my stations, though I don't have to worry about elevation or distance from Denver (which would probably be somewhere around 2,000 miles or so).
