This "unfounded rumor" is something that was actually published in the Colorado Timetable, or so I am told -- I am not a subscriber, nor have I seen that issue.
Opening day is May 26, two weeks and five days from now. Anyone know where #12's drivers are?
As for inciting "fear and criticism for someone's undetermined purpose", please keep in mind that a visit to Colorado is a once-in-a-lifetime trip for many railfans and modelers. After the recent issue of "Trains" profiled #9, how many railfans are planning their once-in-a-lifetime trip for this summer, expecting to be able ride behind her?
